Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Museum and Memorials, Pune, organized a special lecture on the theme “Mindfulness and Stress Relief” on Senior Citizens’ Day, celebrated on 1 October 2025. The program was thoughtfully designed to address the mental and emotional well-being of senior citizens, while also engaging students and staff members in practices of mindfulness for healthier living.
